1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using AuraWall Live 4K Launcher (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. About the App
The App provides launcher and home-screen customization features, including app access, organization, search, shortcuts, wallpaper browsing, wallpaper downloads, live wallpaper functionality, and related visual settings. Features may vary by device, Android version, permissions, region, network availability, and third-party services.
3. Launcher Features
If you choose the App as your default home app, your home-screen layout, app drawer, widget display, icons, shortcuts, wallpaper choices, and launcher preferences may change. Your installed applications and personal files remain on your device. You may revoke the default home app setting through Android settings.
4. License
Subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules, assiaja dev grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, lawful, non-commercial use.
5. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- use the App for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing purposes;
- copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law permits it;
- interfere with the App's security, integrity, availability, advertising controls, analytics, diagnostics, or normal operation;
- use the App to violate another person's privacy, copyright, trademark, or other legal rights; or
- misrepresent the App, assiaja dev, or any relationship with us.
6. Wallpaper Content
Wallpapers, live wallpapers, previews, and other visual assets offered through the App are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit such content without permission from the relevant rights holder.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may include or link to third-party services, websites, advertising, analytics, attribution, content delivery, crash reporting, or app-distribution services. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control or assume responsibility for third-party content, availability, or practices.
8. Updates and Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or universal availability or compatibility.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, assiaja dev DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, assiaja dev WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, CONTENT, REVENUE, BUSINESS VALUE, OR OPPORTUNITIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the App in a harmful manner. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it or changing your device's default launcher.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will show a revised Last Updated date. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you agree to them.
